Christian Walter, born in 1964 in Vienna/Austria. Began to practice Takeda Budo under Siegfried Kobilza in 1990 (Aikido, Iaido, Jodo, Jukempo, Kendo, later also Jujitsu).
1996 Shoden Menkyo (1st teacher license), opens his dojo Sobukan Union Wien 12 and becomes a member of ISTB Hanshikai.
1998 Chuden Menkyo (2nd instructor license) and Joden Menkyo (3rd instructor license) in the year 2000 by which he is promoted to Shihan.
Since July 2000 he is a member of the ISTB Shidoshinsahonbu (highest board of examiners and advisors).
2006 he receives his budo name "Minamoto (no) Nobumitsu" from Takeda Ryu Kobilza Ha.
