Werner Krammer - Federal Adviser for Takeda Budo

The Executive Committee of the Austrian Sports Union ("Sportunion Österreich") appointed sensei Werner Krammer the Federal Adviser of the Takeda Budo Department in the Austrian Sports Union on February 3, 2010. By this official act, it is not only sensei Krammer's work for

Takeda Budo throughout many years which is acknowledged now, it is also the ISTB Takeda Budo itself that is hereby recognized by the federation. This is a milestone in the development of Takeda Budo in Austria.

Since he retired from his business as a merchant, sensei Krammer has been devoting his life to teaching and promoting children in the budo and to the promotion of Takeda Budo within the Austrian Sports Union. His ambitious goal is to establish the ISTB Takeda Budo as a modern form of budo sport in order to enrich the variety of budo disciplines in Austria. This also includes the organising of tournaments.

Sensei Krammer, who contributed true pioneer work already as Managing Director in the early years of the ISTB, proves also today again as a great pioneer with the creation of necessary structures, which are indispensable for a further positive development of the Takeda Budo in Austria.
